We began working with Sentropy in 2019 to reimagine their platform, focusing on improving the UX, interaction design, and enhancing the overall UI. Our goal was to create a seamless and intuitive experience that better aligned with Sentropy’s vision and users' needs. Beyond the platform redesign, we also overhauled the Sentropy website, moving away from traditional SaaS conventions with an emotionally driven, storytelling-focused approach that captured the company’s mission and impact.
To further support Sentropy’s growth, we designed creative assets that brought the product’s capabilities to life. These assets were integral to their storytelling efforts, appearing on the website, in marketing campaigns, customer demos, and investor presentations. By tying the product’s functionality directly to its narrative, we helped Sentropy resonate with a wider audience and strengthen their market presence.
This strategic design work contributed to Sentropy’s growth and success, culminating in their acquisition by Discord in 2021. The acquisition was a testament to Sentropy’s impressive product and traction, supported by a design approach that highlighted their unique value and potential.

“ Aither was introduced to us by Shreya Murthy, CEO of Partiful, in November 2019. We had developed an advanced spreadsheet-like UI for moderators to action problematic content for online communities. Despite our solid user base at the time, we needed to enhance the user experience through better visuals and flow. Aither exceeded our expectations by transforming our system into an interactive, real-time experience with dynamic engagement and seamless progress tracking. For example, Aither gamified our content moderation system, making the process more rewarding for moderators. They introduced a color-coded progress bar that visually tracked progress, giving moderators a sense of accomplishment as they worked on problematic content. "
